DislikedBut if we could make this flexible, we can make scanners of all sort of scenario's; someting like the holy grale for Stochastics.
I realize its very difficult to implement flexible formulas for calculations. If you think its very hard to implement please tell me: I will probably pay for some programmer!Ignored

But one thing I can promise already: we can make scanners of all sort of scenario's; someting like the holy grale for Stochastics.Ignored
DislikedWell, I posted on the other thread some simple but probably useful stuff related to the alerter.
Yep, many ideas: but no time to share I need to work on the alerterIgnored
DislikedBTW I played for the MACD with different wsettings but found the one from H4 MACD thread most useful: Spud had also one test thread with the color MACD

DislikedI quite like to work with the (100,1,3). but if you compare it on a 5M with maybe a higher 14.1.3 I guess it is similar to the 14,1,3 on a H1 or so.
If I remember correctly (long time ago I read the thread) Spud mentions somewhere in a small side-note that he did trade quite a lot the Elastic.
As I said - one may also not put to much emphasis on elastic is mostly it is a full fledged turn on a lower TF.Ignored
DislikedAs I much as I know he Spud always disabled the Color for the D&% line (also what I usually do. in that case it was not really plotted)
just imagine his original rope with the 6,3,3 up to 24,3,3 with all the D% lines too
Well, just what I understood.
Different than the what boxingislife did for trend in bringin sexy back - stochastics http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=13321 (still worthy to take a look at)Ignored
Dislikedif I remember correctly the Sonic Setup was some continuation of the Rope (but he changed the settings to 6,1,1/7,1,1 and so on.Ignored
DislikedIn the very beginning I disregarded elastic completely: a number of reasons:
Anyway mainly through watching the charts in a MTF enviroment I got more interested.
But don't get me wrong: I would not but too high emphasis on Elastic as if they where the absolute answer. I also do mostly not do the very low elastic settings like on the sling shot side. Also I pointed it out already in a post before: and elastic on 1 timeframe is most of the time a full stoch move on a other - so it's difficult to say what one does trade finallyIgnored
