Cool this sounds like a great stradegy and I like how you protect yourself. I have to build confidence to trade live and stay in my trades as I have lost alot of money before I found Mme and this post. I find myself being too conserveitive alot and need to let my trades run. I have a decent understanding of my stradegy and when I let it play to my targets in practice account, its very rewarding. I am still working on trading without emotions live though. Hi Sniper! Since we started the class I haven't used my live account. I know that the time will come for me to regain some of the losses I occured before meeting Mme, and all of you. But right now is the time for me to learn and practice. I have been doing well with my practice account and I have decided to get a little more serious with my practice account. Taking only trades I would take on a live account and tracking my weekly performance and setting weekly goals. I'm trying not to take any more trades just to take trades and see how I do from week to week. I was off to a good start and then I took a trade this morning and went to finish some work...I could have had a little profit before it turned to take my stop loss (I would have certainly had my stop protected too)...I kind of forgot I was tracking my performance this week.


Anyway...that's just the approach I'm currently taking.

i tried practice account but dont do the same things if i was live so i started with 1500 dollar account doing .10 lots i need to be in a real situation but i do use practice account for strategy

I test all my stradegies (maybe3) now on my practice account. Started taking a few live trades again the sunday open before last. Im doing well and only took 1 small 10 pip loss on it.Taking it slow and locking in anything over 20 pips unless it goes bad then if I wait and it doesnt SL out Ill take 3 pips to get out and away. I used to trade many lots and all the time. NOT ANYMORE! I try to trade by our rules now. We have learned sooooo much together and sometime I miss stellar entries overthinking but each movement of PA is a new lesson and Im getting better. The one main thing I do is exit early. Good morning buddy. I took the Gbp long @ 17 and it went down to 0 and bounced so at 20 I exited. I should be still in but wasnt comfortable.Once again I exited early because of being to overly protective

Which GBP, both are in near the same spot with similar dips?

I'm watching the same GBP crosses, Eur crosses, NZD/USD.

this trade has been the best Ive seen with a bounce off of 85 but I didnt play it. I expected it to bounce off 95 and when it went lower it threw me off and I missed it. Im learning though

I will look at others. Think some Euro crosses have moved too. I coulda been done for today off that gbpjpy but it moves so fast that you have to set SL quickly when you play this.. Maybe it will double bounce off the 85 again and go north.. That would be a dream.. Wake up Sniper!

EUR/JPY looks to be walking the line, it needs to commit over or under. I'm watching GBP a little closer than EUR right now, but that could change.

Sitting on the 15 min trendline ..Dont know what the markets will do yet? Having trouble getting under it so it seems. Gbp has support at 6201. gbpjpy support at 3103..
