Hi fti, been monitoring the news here in the US and it seems one of the nuclear rods was or is exposed after the explosion, and the water levels in Number 2 have fallen. There has been no good or positive news from the Kukishima plant since last Friday. The trend is not good. May God hold back another earthquake and spare them.

Jap name risk is already too high. I will not do.
Seems there is desperation.
Some one is selling large amount of reserves to support the 5% equities plunge today.
The euro markets still have some hike built in the prices, i not confident she can hold levels if they dump her.
Already BOJ actions on rates had dampen the possibility of euro hikes, yesterday.
The bigger casualty may be euro. cable already cooled of hike possibilities already.
there is no need to speculate the melt down.
The question now is to what extend the damage and how wide spread it will be.

They had dumped their canadian nuclear advisors and seeking uSA assistance.
And the intensity of the explosions is getting complicating.
There are reports that phillipines already feeling the heat and seems earth's rotation speed changed.
Maybe someone trying to bult mole hill from pimples.

Yes, I think it is best to avoid air for the time being -- lol. Just heard a new report on the news that the US carrier George Washington, 200 miles off the cost of Japan, has detected high levels of radiation. I am not sure what happens if the wind swings around and starts blowing inland.
