So should I join FXCM now for trading ? It's quite confused since many comments on this issue, have FXCM solved this issue yet ? Any news updated ?

All i have to say is that Market Maker times are over. It's time to move ECN - to the true market conditions.
This is what I have been saying all along but this would only happen when the Forex market matures up that the traders would be able to come up with higher start-up capital and be able to trading with larger lot sizes profitably in order to attract liquidity without the MM's especially in the wake of the reduction of the leverage rate by the stupid CFTC. The only reason why MM's exist is because they cater to a segment of market of small investors with limited capital but want to have a chance in making in Forex.
