My arrow ended up on the short order(CADJPY) on the dashed magenta line....Isn't that correct that is the order price and should be the reference point for the trade...I think it is working perfectly

Me too, so I ported the updates to my live TOBTL - isn't working properly there yet, so I will release it once I am sure.

Yes to the arrow thingy - good idea.

I took that gbpaud trade manually and it closed at +12 as I was writing the previous post.

My arrow stayed at the position of the initial pending order price and has not updated with the mods ( GBPAUD) ... EDIT, Whip, don't believe CADJPY had any mods to initial trade, so arrow would be correct in this instance

I had a couple of the following error message, even when there appears to be no problem
Nothing in journal suggesting any failed attempts to modify etc either ?

“ Open order price mod GBPAUD ticket no xxxxx failed with error (1) : no error ”

Re. my previous post. Establish bottom magenta value based on Ask, rather than Bid.

Just to let you all know that I shall not be making any further updates to TOBTL and have removed it from post 1.

I hqve put TOB onto my live account; I am happy that the code works as intended, so TOBTL is redundant.

I have made one tiny change to the code, after I noticed a reference to 'Primary' trades in the screen display. I have removed this, but it is a tiny cosmetic thingy of no inportance.

Thanks Steve will download that version on the first post and see how it all works, cannot wait. This bot definitely seems to have gone to a new level of automated trading.

On t'other hand, "IUt ain't broke so why replace it?" might also be worthwhile considering. I want the volatility stuff and ChaserL's dynamic bar count stuff, but there is no denying the success of TOBTL. I did not update my live version for a long time, so happy was I with its performance.

Newbies no longer have any choice, but you old-timers can decide for yourselves.

Either way, you make pips.

Can you guys do me a favour, please.

I feel for any newbie trying to work out what Recovery is all about. I know I point them to the relevant threads, but it has to confuse the hell out of most people.

I have added a full description to the User Guide, starting on page 13. Could you have a read and tell me if it makes sense, and suggest corrections if not.

In Strat tester, trades undergoing modification after modification(?) with virtually no elapsed time between. Nothing I have read in manual helps understand this phenom.
