Dislikedyes i did. but i cant upload it as i am still testing it and it may have some bugsIgnored
DislikedHi Roundrock
Look forward to testing your modification - it represents a very sensible addition to the basic premise which is in iteself flawless.
Are you per chance adding the mod to the latest Sq EA?Ignored
DislikedI agree but this would not have mattered today with EUR pairs. If you took the EURCHF-GBPAUD for example at 12:22 GMT ...Ignored
DislikedI have been testing the EA for nearly 2 weeks with decent results (and no orphan trades). I am using the version named "Stoch diff 2 pair EAsq 2011.02.16".
I am using 85/10 with a TP of 10.

DislikedZr-fx,
besides this was a quad, not a triple. there were mentioned some points in this thread which recommend not to trade them.

extern int StartHour = 9; extern int EndHour = 18; bool StopTrading;
void CheckTime() { int h=TimeHour(TimeCurrent()); if(h>EndHour || h<StartHour) { StopTrading=true; } }
StopTrading = false; CheckTime(); if(StopTrading==false) { //The trading logic of the EA goes here }
DislikedDeclare these variables at the top:
Inserted Codeextern int StartHour = 9; extern int EndHour = 18; bool StopTrading;
Then create this method somewhere at the bottom of the EA:
Then in the start function put this:Inserted Codevoid CheckTime() { int h=TimeHour(TimeCurrent()); if(h>EndHour || h<StartHour) { StopTrading=true; } }
Inserted CodeStopTrading = false; CheckTime(); if(StopTrading==false) { //The trading logic of the EA goes here }Ignored

DislikedGreat job roundrock for this EA...it made two trades during london session for me with +P/L...
However, it seems to be an error in comment printout regarding Combined P/L in the upper left section of the chart! It shows 0....anyone showing the correct P/L?
Thanks!Ignored
DislikedYes, I agree. I think incorporating the correlation value into the EA would be fantastic. Currently I have to manually turn on/off the EA each time the correlation value goes above/below the limit. I have gotten into several bad trades overnight when the correlation value dropped below the limit but the EA still took the trade.
If the values from the "Tradable Correlations 1.8" indicator could be used that would be great. If I was a better coder, I would give it a shot.....Ignored
Dislikedwent live on this today and am now also experiencing orphan trades (arising when TP reached) but had none during demo phase.
5 trades taken, 2 orphans, total net +5 pips.Ignored
DislikedI have added a correlation filter to the EA. You can change the treshold with "EnterAboveCorr=".
My changes are based on the version "Stoch Diff 2 Pair EAsq 2011.03.01".
I have not tested the EA! Please test before using live!
