Yeah they are a great video group to watch. I think I have gone through them 25 times and every time learn something new.

Yeah i've been introducing a friend to VSA lately, sitting down watching the London Symposium with him. I've watched it several times and watching the signs of weakness session last night I picked up a few things that had been forgotten or just hadn't registered in the past!

Do you get a flickering red bar at the top of those videos you linked? I also can't see any play/pause button. It might be to do with me being on a Mac.

This is in my SIPP, so I am trading yes (it's only forex spread betting I'm not active in right now).

It is a long term trade (i.e. months or years) until I see signs of distribution. I manage my SIPP with similar money management rules - most trades work out, some dont - I invested in Connaught which showed similar signs to XCH but that didn't exactly work out when they went bust LOL

Just for interest sakes. With those figures and a risk of 10% per trade(which is unadviseable for most of course) your expected winings per trade 3.3% which equates to 6.5% - 10% depending on 2 or 3 trades per week.

The draw down might get you tho. For a 1:1 system, your W:L should be 4:1 or better I think.

I was watching the PA and trying to figure out why EU dumped 15 pips at 17:32GMT and then got updated on forexlive, seeing the Fitch rating cut against Spain ... and not to echo them, but wow - didn't that get euro an easy 100 pip decline months ago? Yet today, 30 minutes later, no damage to speak of.

These markets truly amaze, and underline: it's not important what you think, it's what they think, and want. Get on that clue train, and profit!

P.S. - Here we are 1000 VSA pages later ... seems like just yesterday we were digging up evidence of a free S.M.A.R.T, that ended up being a "for sale" creation. And full circle to today, where TradeGuider is putting out a MT4 module!

Pres - You got this new guy confused with point #4. Are you really focused on the Red NS bar, or what I think is the far more significant Blue, Low-volume, ND bar right after that?

On the move up back into 1.4 it was apparent that there was still some supply present. We retraced back into 3680 area (38.2 fib) right before Trichet speech. We had an upbar on lowering vol followed by an increased volume downbar... next bar was a nice ND right at 3990 level giving a nice low risk short trade recognizing that we still have supply above that was not going to be broken today since NFP couldn't do it, Trichet couldn't do it and London's day is drawing to a close.

Could have shorted...
