Big E - in addition to the other responses to your question about whether to take the trade or not the trend is obviously up, so wait for the pullback and then go long.

Its not close enough to the 50 for me...I remember the original rules stating that it has to cross through the 50. Maybe if I had deep pockets, lol!!!

Open the indicator up & edit the "MailSubject" area. You can put your pair name in there- you can type in there, "Time to go make some money!". This is what you see when you get the text message. It tells you what pair you are dealing with. Hope that helps.

Would you take any of these trades? Arrow is email alert/cell phone. You would get in when you went to your computer...maybe...lol!! I love this screen shot, not loaded with a bunch of indicators!!! Entry would be the candle after the arrow. Not always exact, but you have to decide. I changed some of the settings on the alert too so it looks like it gets you in quicker.

Major fails with the 5 method this morning - I'm trading during consolidation. I know traders who say don't trade till after 10:00 GMT or until the pair has done 40 pips (stratman), either way as CH would put it I need to let the engine warm up a little before trading (start getting the 30-60 pip swings). One of the failed trades this morning is below (first chart entry second chart the exit). Since the Asia session had closed the market had only be doing 5-7 pips up and down in consolidation and I still entered.

I think my problem is that have such a limited window to trade due to my day job that my mindset is all wrong. I know I only have an hour to trade and I feel I need to find a trade within this hour.

Danimal42 - got the indicator to load, but the arrows appear way later into a reversal than on your chart. What are your settings to get the arrows back more to the beginning of the direction change? Also, I see no where to put in phone number, etc. Or is this done on MT4??? Thanks.

Change the MA's to 5 & 8. Your MT4 & email account is where you have to setup your phone information.
