I might take a long if it comes back to test that level. Week didn't start that well so now I'm a little bit sensitive to longs

Dear Dr. Geppy -

For some us who missed the opportunity to long already, where do you see the next opportunity to go long? I slept through the test of low 1.37xx region.

Any thoughts about where we might test down to today? I show 1.3795 for today's POC....

we already have completed our daily range based on the asia lows. i think 3860 is the highest price we might see prior to the us session.

it depends on the us boys, if they crash the eur or if we see an ongoing rally.

spots i like to watch out for possible long signals:

downside
3810/00, 3780

upside
3840/30 (after we rejected 3860/70 area)

depending on what the us boys do, i might look for shorts. 3810 is my decision point for this.

All this thing looks like its going up still, ow well in the black so thats all that matters.
Im in agree with Dr G,,

I have weekly resistance overhead form about 5 weeks ago at 3860.
the ive got support on the daily 3740.

there was a high vol bara few bars back which seem to be being tested however there is alos very little response from the following up bars (and there on decreasing vol).

we could fall from here without hitting the weekly and retest the daily lows.

I have a feeling we will see a re-trace back down before we get there again (3830). Supply seem to have come in around out high volume area which would suggest were struggling!

I am not saying you are wrong but there is more buying pressure than selling pressure.

key levels noted on charts.

In order to confirm real weakness we need to see an up move on a 4hour in london or us with either buyign climax or no demand. Then I will start thinking we have a down week .

For now i expect potential waffle move in 1.3680 area , where i will look for buys

3790 is a possible point of interest for me and a likely target if we do see a NY retrace today...

Good Morning Malcolmb: You're right once again. Low volume successful testing early this am (gmt time) made money for the VSA speculator. A 610 tick per bar chart is attached. Have a great day.

Didn't get in as low as some but got in none the less... Baby woke me up 3 hrs before LO so after I got her settled I sat down to take a peek. Saw a nice 5min higher volume upbar giving me a possible trigger. Few bars later got a nice NS closing on the trigger. Another few bars later got another high volume bar that tested below the trigger but closed back above it giving me more confirmation that my long trade taken should at least get me my 1:1. Set TP 1 for 1:1 and TP 2 for just shy of the ADR around 3826 for 3.5:1...

1. Possible trigger bar
2. NS right at trigger level
3. Entry bar
4. Mini shake out / high vol test of trigger (also at same level as NS) and 2 bars after this bar was a nice low vol test of this bars close... (more confirmation)

Entry 3756, SL at 3736, TP 1 at 3776, TP 2 at 3826

Missed the GU upmove and oil drop off completely...

Yes, I saw that, but I was 2 greedy.
Now possible short building in GU-M5.

Watching both EU and GU (since both have travelled their ADR's) for possible short set-ups to trade a retracement move back to down to 3790 and 6180 respectively. Would be suprised to see much more upside on either pair without some kind of a retracement or shakeout but hey who knows...

My biggest concern with this trade was how far before LO it was leaving me to open to getting stopped out by those notorious LO shake outs... But I was only risking 20 pips so I was able to go back to sleep
