Can you please help me with this that is my biggest problem

A simple way to determing whipsaw? I mean what do you look at and
say, hey there is whipsaw don´t take trades and also, there is no
more whipsaw take trades?

My message was meant for neomn who made the EA (Expert Advisor) for MT4 users.
A Whipsaw
A traditional whipsaw is a crosscut blade with a handle at each end.
They were used by two men at once, one pulling and one pushing.
Backwards and forwards, up and down, starting and ending at the same place.
Whipsaw in Trading
You can get whipsawed when trading in a ranging market with no clear trend.
The risk is when the price goes up and down through an open-a-trade signal.
You open at the right place but the price goes the wrong way quite quickly.
If this happens again you are being whipsawed.
There is no way of knowing where the price will go in advance.
The best you can do is close the positions before they go into loss.
Remember that you always start with a loss caused by the spread.
If you enter a bar going the right way you can usually close without loss.
Then, if the price comes strongly back again you can reopen the trade.
Discipline and speed required.
Never wait for losing trades to come back into profit. They never do.
Close the trade and open another when the signal is good again.
If this happens twice it may be a good idea to stop trading for a while.
In a good trade the price may go up and down but always stays in profit.
Some people make money when the market is ranging by trading very quickly.

Hi neomn...I'm having trouble trying to load your EA, in spite of Andrew trying to help me offline!
I've ...1 - saved the .csv file in 'experts/file' as 2011.02.28.csv
2 - saved your EA in the experts folder
3 - I've tried to 'Modify' the 'datestring' as per the attached screenshot
I'm doing something wrong....please help

You need to modify the code so the name of the csv file matches this line in the code:
int fh=FileOpen("Level.csv",FILE_READ, ",");
As you can see I have called it 'level.csv' in the code so the file is also named Level.csv.
