That said, if Steve would be interested in magic number based management, I'd be glad to take a shot at coding it... But I don't want to put a lot of work into something that he'd be opposed to...(I guess I could write it so that you could choose)...

If we can find a way to filter a bit more and limit the DD this is the only thing anyone would ever need.
I don't know it the TOB in post 1 is the same version or not, this version was the most ccurrent as of 11/15/2010. Maybe recent improvents have made this eeven better. I plan on downloading the version in post 1 and setting it up on a seperate account and let it chug away. I am temping to take $1K and go live with this puppy based on the last 3 months forward testing...

The version in the zip in post 1 is the version I am trading live, with the default inputs the ones I am trading live. This is about to change; I have just come into a modest cash injection that is going straight into the trading account. My lot sizes are soon to quintuple.
In my trading experience so far, nothing matches TOB from the post 1 zip. I started trading in 2007.

I could not get TOB running on demo before going away - the platform kept freezing. I did my usual delete/reload/recompile to solve the problem and loaded TOB afresh this morning, onto one chart at a time.
I noticed some peculiar numbers, so I looked at the code and found some peculiar codes. The fix is in post 1 and the re-download is essential.
Has anyone checked if TOB's ChaserL calculated sixths are the same as those presented by his indi?

ChaserL's indi is about dead on with numbers the bot is drawing.....I checked a Guppy chart yesterday and today and they are right..

.Does the fix regard to mostly when loading it on a new demo, account, chart?
Just wondering since mines has been running pretty flawlessly for the last 2 months. Just hesitant to change what isn't broken
On another note, what pairs are most of you guys trading now? I know for awhile due to the massive DD possibility with "overtrading" and correlation of some pairs that most of us cut it down to just the 4 majors + gbpjpy. I have added a couple of other pairs but nowhere near the 28 pairs I used to have it on.

Another great week trading live. 453 pips and just a tiny bit shy of 2% profit.
By the by everybody. I am finding that RecoveryBreakEvenProfitPips = 20 is making my Recovery trades highly profitable once the situation resolves itself.
