Aud/usd system analysis

Wow, GBp/USd really took a (another) tank. Nearest recent downside resistance I could find lays around the 35, 31 area. It's currently sitting 42-44


Edit add: Looks like we have some bottom side yearly support coming in around the 1.6016 area, should it need it with future moves.

I decided to take day off otherwise I could have enter again eur/aud short after another attempt to stay above 1.3690 was failed it could have easily give me another 100 pips anyway thats the way it goes sometime shy sometimes confirmes that is what is happening with aussie crosses........I closed the trade earlier at 60 if I did not then I could have stopped out.

So all in all good set up was found .

Take care mme aussie long was good call. I was about to enter at 1.0080 but stopped out now I am looking for 1.0200 and 9943 to confirm the trade otherwise I am out aussie

Some nice action in the early morning.

EUR/USD broke a level, couldn't stay above and retraced staying above the 1.3715 with a low of 1.3724

Gpb/USD had been dropping all morning with small retracements along the way. It stayed true to the larger trend and seemed to respect many levels.

Aud/Usd had a nice break past the 1.0157 mark to 1.0164 and then pulled back.

it'll be interesting to see where the USD/Jpy closes (and opens) at.


But I'm with you about Fridays, especially after the Ny open. i'll just be sitting watching

I got stopped out on one of the earlier GBP/USD retraces at 1.6106 this early morning. I thought it had found strong support and entered. It moved up a little, moved my stop loss and got stopped out with no ill consequence. It then proceeded to drop, twice more.

you are right for gbp 1.6150 was very strong support and then 1.6106 then 1.6084 it has to stay under 1.6084 for further downside and if it stay under 1.6040 then we can say temporary top is formed ........But it is quite a volatile pair and can recover losses quickly but it is not moving up strongly but it is going down so sharply so keep an eye on these levels.


Areas to watch 1.6084........1.6105
