The other scenario would be to drift back up towards 3700 by end of day, Asia take it back down to the 3630-3615 zone for that test or shake...
So price ended up just moving sideways to finish Tuesday and then Asia took it up and hasn't really looked back as of yet. I didn't get my movement back into the 3640 zone but I was able to get in around that 3700 level on a post LO test of a trigger level that I was watching from early Asia. Price hit it 3 times with no close below on vol higher than the volume that created the trigger... no close below showed me no interest in taking out this level.

Entry was at 3705, SL was at recent swing low around 3680, TP1 was at 3730 and TP 2 is open...

3705 sucks in comparison of getting in down around 3640ish...

in the right spot at all those previous highs. we should see an upside reaction from that to confirm it

if i'm reading this correctly, short-term, there is weakness in background with the high vol bar, and closing in the middle, since then a grinding crawl higher, hardly inspirational buying producing a ND (arrow)

hopefully no kittens need to be sacrificed this evening because it's actually a continuation of strength

in that case i think ill wait on longs until then (thats about 1.5 hours right? same time as the housing news). dont want to get caught in a little bounce now, only for them to take it back towards 3700 over the next hour

Gavin will tell you to be careful taking nd in up trends and ns in down trends. Remember the trend is your friend unless you see eorm or a high volume upthrust into an old top. I will see if I can find the link to a vsa presentation on the subject.

As far as the eur goes and as documented well this morning by the Dr; the Eur looks prime for a move higher
