powerful tool.
also draw the quartiles and extensions. once the fork works, you know the angle in which price moves and respects.

Yes, I have used that in early days.
Now reached middle line with out breaking it and ND there 2, does not look so good atm.
And we are still in downtrend.

as i said, 3630 could be on the cards for retrace and test, which is the forks lower quartile and was rejected until friday.

This yesterday's kaboom was very well seen at hourly (for bigger picture I use always higher tf-s, only sometimes I zoom out lower tf-s). I hope I'm like other mallerinas . I used hourly, H4 and daily for bigger picture. Then malcolm started to talk about H2. So I had to get H2 as well to see what the hell is he talking about. Found out that this tf is pretty good. Now he is talking about H8. WTF, I thought . Well, the hell with it, got also H8 to my desktop. Now I have 8 different tf-s lined up on my 24" screen's desktop. I only trade EU just not to make learning VSA so difficult and having 8 tf-s on my desktop is the best thing I have ever done for my trading till now. If malcolm starts talking about some new tf I probably will have it (maybe have to buy third screen) .

yeh i can see the stopping vol and that test on that particular hourly.....go look at thursday, up bar, down bar, up bar, down bar ALL day. eventually worked its way up slightly but my god that was untradable on hourly for me. tuesday wasnt much better with pins, dojis, spikes all over it.

So what if you don't find a trade in some days if you will find one like yesterday.

That tells me that bigger TFs rule

I choosed that bar coos it is ultra high ultra wide one...never mind if it is few days back ...

It is still valid until we get similar one after what we need again to wait and see reaction on that particular

By me i dont choose just highest volume bar but one to be widest ..even if there is one with bigger volume i would choose the one wich has the wider spread but also very or ultra high volume

It is easy to see how we got back on friday on thats 1h marked bar close and shoot up...

Also valid long trade would be from the (red line) i marked ..or low of that 1h bar..if we fell so much deep

But if we got bellow of low of that bar and than an up move in to that low or in to that red line on no demand or an up trust that would be good short trade

Also..i manage to see and saw that in Gavins video that 50 % or middle point of such Ultra Wide spread and Ultra High volume bars can give us some good setups...But those are more risky ones and for bigger experts than i am..lol i am not even expert still..But this is for now how i see those VSA setups

So an deep into that area and than an up move after no supply or stoping volume or test would be grate

Yes we are back at this same possible trigger level seen a few times over the last few weeks...

That's part of my problem is that I was planning on starting 2011 with 5K in my account but after the birth of my second daughter Feb 9th and some juggling of the finances when reviewing what my spouse will be collecting on maternity leave I had to cut that down to 2K... Then we came home and our roof was leaking water from an ice damn that had been forming all winter from the major amounts of snow we have received this year so I may now have to clean out my account to fix my roof come spring... Looking now like I may have to go back to trading mico lots or taking the rest of the year off...

A well I guess such is life... as you metioned the market shall be there forever that may just mean next year for me...

I've been lurking for the last couple of weeks, keeping up to date with this thread and LOL at Malc and the Mallerinas

I've just discovered the futures charts and I think I've fallen in love. Any comments from the seasoned amongst us on the daily and weekly volume for the futures chart? I've attached a chart below. Normally I see people talk about 1439 minutes as an equivalent of daily on the spot fx but it doesn't seem as clear as below (which I presume means futures are only traded at certain times, not 24 hours).
