DislikedAnyone with over 7,000 post is in No way a pro FX trader. Nor are they making a living at fx trading. Flash trades of course are more of an old Equities Market Makers tactic. But regardless if you trade the fx market you have seen many price spikes that come out of nowhere only to go right back to normal price. I for one have seen this at numerous brokers I have traded at.Ignored
DislikedJust because a trader is a novice or has waited a long time doesn’t mean that they have to sit back and be a victim to the garbage the brokers have been pulling. Most of the retail forex traders out there probably had no idea until now why the market was always against them or why they were always getting stopped out of their trades, did they make trading mistakes you bet, but the brokers weren’t helping any.Ignored
Disliked[font=Calibri][size=3]FXCM I think has about 175,000 traders trading and if they don’t take the other side of their customers trades they will run out of liquidity, I have had issues when trading 5 standard lots, where FXCM had to go out to find liquidity, I even called them and asked why they had to fill my 5 lot standard order with three fills, come on!! I can get up to 300 standard lot guarantee fills at the bigger banks, FXCM used to say they would guarantee me 50 lots and very rarely could they ever execute a 50 lot trade without some...Ignored

Regarding "Flash trades", could it also be possible that they happen to be extremely high volume trade(s) that happened in a very short time that skewed the market, especially when they show up across all totally different brokers' platforms?? Are you sure they are really "flash trades" that FXCM just choose to pull off??
