I could never handle that ... I can barely concentrate as is ... a distraction like this, and who knows what buttons I'll press.

Heck, I couldn't even get the directional call right for the chart I posted alongside this pic, lol!

So far, Asia has undone & retraced most of the NY & London days combined - a couple of ND's on the way up, but onwards & upwards she goes! So, concerted buying, Asia style!

Also, you're an experienced trader and I dont want to teach you to suck eggs but, the psychology of trading with smaller lots is detrimental to good trading. You are subconciously telling yourself right from the off that

'this trade is not of sufficient quality for me to commit to'

You are also telling yourself that

'It's only a small lot trade so it doesn't matter so much if I dont get the trade dynamics correct'

It is good trading practice to only enter a trade if it meets with your entry requirements. If it meets your entry requirements, trade it properly.

Your post is spot on, Intel. I think Frank bias is long, but when we have a good setup for a short, short with smaller lot

I dont undestand this idea. Why trade a smaller lot? If the trade meets your entry requirements trade it. If it doesn't meet them, dont trade. By trading smaller lots you are admitting that you dont have confidence in the trade. If this is so, it is best not to trade.

I like value area high's and lows from the previous day, as well as the previous week's HLC. Right now the volume is coming in at yesterday's VAH.

At this point I'm still observing profiles (this is a daily euro futures volume profile with 15m candles) not trading from them.

My trading is 90% trading in the direction of the 4h hull. I wait for a legit rally/drop on the 15m then take only NS/ND closely following climactic action. I like my ND/NS to be supported by the color of the 5m hull.

So far there's not been anything I like enough to enter.

Not a video , but brilliant nonetheless.

I am not a fan of multiple position sizes. If you trade 10 contracts with the trend and 5 counter trend, you are basically saying you trust yourself half as much on the counter trend trades. If that's the case, why trade them at all?

I know i am late in the Hard Shyt party, but it is unfortunate that Prada & the Naysayers of VSA compare MACD & VSA this way just because they can get the same results using patterns & S/R

I am only into my 5th month since i started in forex & traded live for for 4 months. I can only say that if i have not discover this thread, my equity curve would have look like "Hard Shyt". (no puns intended)

VSA for ppl who lack of S/R?

I started of with nothing on my screen when i learn technical analysis. Just damn S/R. Only when I apply some principles of VSA & Wyckoff then i begin to make sense out of all this chaos.

I hope that any newbie who start reading this thread not be taken by all this naysayers & learn as much as you can & yes, patience is a virtual in learning VSA, that is all you need... really..

I have much to learn, trigger lines, AMT..etc..bring it on ....

Lets move on..
