Just read through all the posts from beginning,have set up the template and will be testing this week.Looks a promising system.

Thanks for your software, but I have a little problem (I use win XP), I have no data appears in dash board, I have no error message.

My files CADalertDefault.txt contains:

Use the CCI under Custom indicators. Or use the template and work from there to build your own.

I did add a CCI level setting if you want to use something different than +-90. If you change it do not put a +or- in front of the number. Also you can now change the colors of the text and the lines in the settings. If your good at reading chart patterns you may find the Trend Lines useful...

In the works but will probably move it to a different forum as I believe this one was to be kept for manual trading. Easy to add the EA code to the already built alert and DB code, but will wait and see for a week or two of forward testing with the alert and see what its track record looks like without a lot of filtering after the alert by myself.

Thanks for the great indicator seller9.

My problem is that the indicator does not make the currency files in the files folder. I tried it with 2 different brokers, added the template to several charts. Is it something to do with the markets are closed now and there is no any tick data?

Any solution for this?

The best way to get the path corect is to copy and paste it and then be sure to add the back slash at the end before saving it.
1) Highlite - Copy
2) Paste in config window
3) Add back Slash
4) ClickSave
5) Click Clr All
6) Click the name in the pull down you saved your config under
7) Click Start (Wait 30 seconds) for info to appear

It should create the files once even if the markets are closed. Check your write permissions to the files folder, maybe you don't have permission to write, only read.

Google the probelm of writing files under Program Files and there are a lot of different answers depending on the version of Windows.

I am running it on XP machines and Windows 7 without any problem, but I am logged in as administrator.
I know I have had some strange things happen when writing code and then updating the indicator and have come to find out it really didn't update, kind of drives you crazy. Now I always look at the date on the file after copying over to make sure it is the latest.

Try running MT4 as administrator.

For everyone wanting to use the DB, be sure you use the latest Indicator in the last Zip file as the indicator posted previously does not have the file output code in it, is is just a indicator with on chart display only.

Its the ProfitAllDayDBind.ex4

Yes, that was my thinking too. I ran into the same problem then noticed that I did not add the latest indicator, however when I used your template the files were added into the files directory (big indication on the problem).

what will the conbination of more EMA,s look like using them to trade all time frames to make 30 to 50 pipes.

Yes

Thats a easy setting to add, it does add more activity to the hard drive as the indicator writes and then the Db reads.

I will start a list of additions and add that to it, I just don't want to come out with a new version every day, maybe once a week with new updates, unless its a real bad bug.

Great indicator,thanks.But it seems your indicator only works for about 1440 candle lines,can you make this number bigger or set a parameter,so the user can choice.

Because cubbybgood already post his trade records in this link cubbybgood.mt4live.com,and his records date between 2011.02.01 to 2011.02.03,I want check all the records,so I can know better of his system,but your indicator didn't work at that time in 5 min time frame.

I agree! I would not want you to do updates everyday or multiple times a day.
