in your indicators folder set an ema to 3 then another 5 and another 13

On the timeframe you are trading. M5
I found a penny today. That's +100 pips for me.

As I remember, when trading on higher time frames like H4 or H1, you look at the LOWER time frame EMAs cross.

However, until I find that post, this information should not be held as correct. If I'll find it here in thread, I'll link.

Hi All

just spent the last 5 hours reading through the 69 pages of this thread, seems to be a good workable system.

I have noticed though some people are recording losses with the remaining 30% of the trade after the TP has been hit....

I thought the idea was to catch mainly catch 50% of the last breakout (since last swing low/high), once this has been achieved, shouldn't the SL be moved to at least B/Even for the remaining 30% of trade.

I cannot see the reason for remaining with the maximum exposure on the remainder when by definition the trailing part of the trade is purely to gather more pips, not to lose them.

Maybe I have missed something.. if so please advise

Here is another indicator with changable settings so you can experiment with different time frames. The screen shot below shows it set up on the H1 and M15, I have also been experimenting on the H4 and H1, going for longer trades and more PIPs. I don't have time right now to write up a PDF for it but you should be able to figure the settings out, as is it is set up for the H1 and m15. It will only give one alert than you need to restart it after that trade is done to get it ready for the next one. The only thing I have added are 2 trend lines that can be used if you want as additional filters, drag them around to where you want them, either one or both at the same time can be used, select which one in the settings, just remember the green one is a BUY trigger and the RED one is a SELL trigger. You can also set it to take only Long or Short trades if you like. It will draw the Stop Loss and Take profit lines on the chart and their values are in the information at the right of the chart. As is it uses 1/2 the SL as the TP, this can be changed with the "FirstTPmulSL", right now it is set for 0.5 which is the same as 1/2, don't forget the "0" if your using a decimal number. You can also set how many PIPs you would like to be from the fractal. You also have start and stop hours if you like. I hope it is of some use and I hope I have all the bugs out.
You can put it on any time frame chart you like as the calculations are done according to what you have in the settings.

Here is an example ( not a perfect one) of how you could use the trend line if you thought a pair may reverse and you were looking to take only a short trade. You can also use the trendlines as support or resistance areas if you like or may be to form a channel when you are looking for a break out. Of course all the other "Profit All Day" criteria must be met also.

I have been trading this system for the past 2 weeks.

I can only trade from 5 GMT till 11 GMT. ( 3 Hours before and after London open)

I trade it as per Chubby rules.

I only take trades on the 5 and 15 min charts and take full profit at TP.

Results for this week:

Monday

Tuesday
1 loser
2 winners

Wednesday
1 winner

Thursday
4 winners

Friday
2 winners

Risking only 3 % per trade, my account grew more than 15 %.

I see a lot of debate on this thread.

This is truly one of the most simplest methods I have seen.

Do not try to analize it, just trade it as is.

ok i have been trying this system for several days now all losers it seems like when ever i jump in it turns on me cant figure out what i'm doing wrong

hate to sound like a brat but is there any way to make the text in black instead of yellow...can't see it on my chart and it wont let me change it.

Try this one, you can change the colors to what ever you want, just scroll down to the bottom of the settings list.

do you ever average in to your trades if price pulls back a lot using the same stop loss and take profit parameters?
