see - the issue is most of us when we start out, we are conditioned to believe 90% lose and its random and so on


fcuk that, nothing here is random and or a mystery, however the UJ function and phasing is complex as it can change the whole market on its head


correlations and inverted pairs is important and also leading indicator pairs like EURNZD, GBPAUD, EURAUD, CADCHF - the complexes hold information that gives you insight ahead of time what going to happen before the news .......

cadchf - swissy and cadjpy, both @ demand zones


cadchf approaches demand - this pair behaves with respect to cadjpy and swissy. The recent drop on cadchf - we had a bearish cadjpy and bearish swissy


now that its @ demand its a good indicator that swissy and cadjpy are north bound - once again uj will play its role. If UJ moves north from here, will drag cadjpy north too ( especially if uj is in yen phase and not so much dx phase )


cadchf @ this demand zone is a good indicator that support...


as an example of complexes giving insight BEFROE THE NEWS and whats going to happen - check this and look where swissy is ...........

if it resolves north - it will be resovling INTO supply - thats a trap


then the same cluster willl get enguilfed south - in otherwords - spike north then drop ....... whipsaw as most traders would term it - but whipsaws have very defined structure

ok thanks for the detailed explaination..
allows me to see PA differently from what i am used too...

so the way to trade eu will be to put a pending sell near the top of the cluster? or should we watch PA and see how it resolves before entry?

limits - l rarely use them because you are placing an entry BEFORE ANY COMFIRMING PA, thats just my view, but they do have their uses for catching rejection spikes etc
