Here's the monthly channel , barely cracked the 50 % mark(more room ) and could take us into the 1.4000's . Will place a Pending buy order above 1.3650(and Go throw some rocks in Egypt, I kid..) , Hopefully I catch the remaining 57 % Monthly Range of the channel ..

i pretty much agree, this has nothing to do with conspiracy sh*t. just a matter of time until the other countries do not play this game anymore. first pretty big step was the discussion of eastern countries to switch to eur as base for oil trading a year+ ago. now the treasury denies officially devaluation of the dollar which is the best confirmation...if the muppets panic and dump dollar, you cannot devaluate. cards are stacked and it just needs a few years.

How can you know if this BIG volume was real buying or just demand absortion and now will continue going down?. Thanks in advance.

the next bar is up. but more important here is the past of oil..there is an ongoing accumulation process in that area since a while so it is reasonable to assume this was buying again.

VSA 101:

* A wide spread down bar closing off its low with the next bar up means that there had to be buying in the bar.

* When strength appears it usually appears on down bars. When weakness appears it usually appears on up bars.
Without VSA, you're playing checkers while the Smart Money plays chess.

i am not trading oil until ranging is over. i am bullish on most usd-priced commodities, oil, wheat, corn, sugar, cotton for the next 2 years when the sh*t hits the fan and the usd really might be kicked off the throne as reserve currency. history repeats itself.
on oil we have to wait what monday brings. decent spot for setups is 87,50 imho.

any tiny spread downbars on low vol in that spot are indicative of removed supply.

To me that looks like a wide spread down close to it's low. Or am I wrong?
