Hello, Positive results today infact the markets were perfect for this method today. Please find my trade calls attached. My results are: EURUSD= 4 trades 3 wins, 1 loss total pips= +18.5. GBPUSD= 3 trades, 3 wins no losses. Total pips = +47 pips. Grand Total of pips so far today = +63.5 pips.
Very reasonable results for a basic breakout style system. Thumbs up so far.

I totally agree to keep it simple. This is like stealing from the blind, which I'm starting to feel bad for lol jk. (brokers don't need the money)

Honestly, PA plays a big factor and reviewing the upper time frames also help out a lot.

just to show how the trades doing...

I just moved up my stop to the last swing low. 16 pips profit with 70% of trade and now just locked in 93 pips with the 30%. see if I get stopped out at 93 pips

What do you guys think of entering in a trade then letting 30% run and then entering again with your full normal trade because another setup comes along for a buy or sell going in the same direction as your 30% you have left running. Do you A: take the trade OR B just leave the 30% running and that's it?

I start trading at about 8 am EST time till about 12 am EST. I then will break till about about 9pm and some times will put in a trade before sleep.

On days like this. I just call it quits till tomorrow morning.

Moves like this wont always happen all the time but I nailed 85 pips on friday with the big moves that happened there so a very solid start to my trading week.

If it's a good trending morning many pips can be made with this system very fast. If it's not a tredning morning pips can still be made just not on this level.

I was debating this for quite some time till I came to the conclusion that it's not good idea...

I say less trading is more and doubling up on one pair can be risky.

You do not want to cut into your 30% profit by getting in at the end of the trend if that trade happens to be a loss.

Here's as promised the indicator with alert added. Pop up/sound/email alert, each with a true/false option.

Again, this indicator is just for the break of the last HH/LL. CCI and higher TF confirmation aren't involved.

"hhLhhllHll_alert EURUSD,H4: object name passed to ObjectSet function cannot be an uninitialized or empty string"

Cubby can clarifiy if I'm wrong, but these were just example time frames to explain the setup. You can use the M5 + M15 for either long or short entires.

thanks so if trade 5min, we confirm on 15min and if we trade 15min we confirm the 1h trend? hope i am getting it right

Thats right...
Essentially you pick a timeframe for entry and confirm with the next higher timeframe. However Cubby mentioned in his first post that when trading the M15 - he prefers to confirm on the H1 (not the M30).
Australians wouldn't give a 'Forex' for anything else...
