Please take it slowly while you recover, stay away from the markets if necessary or reduce sizes or whatever fits you. Your brain might not realize the huge stress and psycological pressure you have endured lately, but you body seems to bare the brunt.

Fti, i say something what you maybe will think i am crazy. But it is true. In my family we have members who has some strange inner radar. That is the radar, which tell us when somebody we know and see or can talk, is ill. We can also predict how bad it is. It is a long term in our family. Proved many times, 100% reliability. I have this gift. Dear fti, let me inform you, that you are going from the hospital, not now but that time will come. The radar said it NOW! It works unconsciously. It only send information, no matter if i ask. It only send it no-depend on why, who, when... Fti has green. 100%.

I have never had tears in my eyes before when reading this thread, or any other for that matter, but I did today. I don't care for money or the markets right now, just for you.

Well said. I had the same reaction today. I have been trading the moves this morning but I am feeling very upset and worried about fti (freddie). Fti, please consider taking some time off. If you need to "get out of town" because of the other issues in your life, you are welcome to travel to the US and stay with me for a while (although we will serve no durians here, my friend -- LOL). I have been away from this thread for almost 1 year due to intense studies, and just started catching up on the hundreds of pages I've missed. FTI, I am very sad to learn of your health situation, and I am praying for you constantly. This seems to be the opportune time, so I wanted you to know what an enormous influence you have been on my life. Without your contribution here I would not be where I am today.

When I discovered this thread three years ago, I had recently lost my job. I was depressed, my life was in disrepair, and there seemed no way out of the situation. After discovering TAF I spent hours each day reading and rereading your posts, and I quickly fell in love with the FX market. I bought every book I could get my hands on, including your recommendations, and spent the entire year studying and paper trading. I had great success the following year with a small account, but quickly learned that the solitude of trading at home left me feeling unfulfilled. After long analysis and speaking to friends in the business, I determined that I wanted to become an FX dealer. I uprooted my life, moved across the country, and went back to finish my degree that I abandoned years ago. After 1.5 years of intense dedication to academics, I was just accepted into one of the top ten undergrad business schools in the U.S. ! Two months ago I sat for the ACI Dealing Certification test, and will most likely complete the Money Market portion to earn the ACI Dealing Diploma. I am also working my way through the MTA (Tech. Analysis) Certification and should finish by graduation. I am determined to be an FX dealer.

FTI you have had such a profound impact on my life; so much more than I can articulate on a message board. It’s so strange to think that the person who has influenced me the most is someone I have never met. I should not have waited this long to thank you, and I am sorry. Your teachings here inspired me at the lowest point of my life, and now guide me toward the pinnacle. Seems to be interesting. Pondering about doing such kind of certification as well ....

However, found some book that gives you all the needed maths for the different financial instruments, to pass the certification diploma.

Hey MaMood, I definitely recommend Mastering Financial Calculations, it covers everything in detail and includes exercises from real life dealing scenarios. I used this book as well, you can get it for half price under the used/other section:

there's much blood clotting inside my heart, which is supposed to be 50% dead.

Then push it down, take profit and turn long again.
And now back to where we have started before FOMC.
