Squared. Made a small profit. May put a long scout in 1.3540 area or wait to see how high it goes and then go short. Still just watching and waiting. Looks like a slow day. Gives one plenty of time to decide. Good to see that you came out on top with your trading Fti. Ray

This week is starting with the press full of stories regarding eurozone debt and non of the stories are very encouraging. But, given the EUR's visit to the 1.3600 area and the ongoing tendency for eurozone bond spreads to move sideways or even contract modestly, it is obvious that for the short term FX, bond, equity and commodity investors are concerned about other issues. Staying with debt issues, EUR and eurozone bond traders continue to "try" to ignore the storm clouds hanging on the horizon in the US where many municipal authorities having significant problems. Equities are range bound and lacking in direction. It appears that EUR/USD has rejected intraday highs of 1.3646 and now with lows of 1.3540 in jeopardy, technical support down at 1.3538 and then 1.3505 are to be watched. FX options expiries today include a mix of strategies with a 1.3600 strike price, which is out of play for now, but there is plenty of time before the 15:00 gmt cut off. M.B.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

not hearing any big option in play today.
seems writer has usd bull bias.
Euro figs neutral.

Only USd bullishness i felt today was in the lead buying in the Yen.
Just jerk reactions, nothing impulsive on the markets.

based on euro cable crosses, likely support for euro , if they force cheap euro buying is 1.3450 zone.
