but new year's price action reminded me that even as Permabull I love both directions of the market (how would I be able to buy @ 1.29 in some other way?) :-)

Hey Red! Always enjoy coming on here and going through you charts! 
Im wondering if you could elaborate a little on your trading routine, if you have one and how you follow it. The reason im asking is cause you obviously follow tons of pairs, and those again on multiple timeframes. Im intrigued as to how your able to, from what i can tell at least, systematically go through them all in a manner which enables you to catch all the setups when they occur. I guess you must have routine you follow as randomly clicking through 40 charts doesnt seem like the optimal thing to do
Im currently following 6 pairs, and I get a little stressed out at times keeping an eye on all the important lines, formations etc.
If you got a minute to share how you go about it that would be really appreciated!

sold the sek - notice the last 2 candles - both jumping into supply zone of pole and turning bear - implies high supply

sorry missed this post, will post an explanation when l can but there is no mystery to this or anything special - when you have spent 3 -4 years 16 - 18 hours a breathing day on this - you begin to notice things .........

look where cable took off from today - and you will hear and read in many threads - ANYTHING LOWER THAN HOURLY OR 4HR IS NOISE - all tfs have perfect structure - there is no such thing as noise in fx
l missed this as l didn't pay it enough attention but let this show all - its all ours if we pay attention to the detail HIDDEN IN THE LARGER TFS .........
l did catch a short but never took the long - always the same, when you don't take it it goes like fcuk

I understand the way you trade, its just the manner in which you go about doing it I find interesting. As you watch so many charts, the process you go about finding your setups I just assume got to be fairly rigid. So wondering if you have routines you follow, as in if you do things in a set order, like first thing for the day is set up all potential supply and demand areas, then possible set up alarms, or if you toggle trough every chart once a new candle starts etc. These type of things is what im curious about.
As you also mentioned you do some pretty heavy trading sessions with alot of consecutive hours, do you just grind them out or do you take set breaks?
Im in the process of making some trading routines like this for myself, so wondering how you go about doing your thing, I find it very intriguing that your able to consistently monitor effectively the amount of charts and put in the hours you do.
