This is an EA. There is no template and the indicators are in the code. By the way, I did not code this, I just made some changes to the code originally posted.

i looked at the code, there are too many filters like RSI, CCI,MA, MACD, ADX, DEM, MOM, FI.. i dont even know what are the last 3. agreeing on so many filters and BB is going to be a tough job. by the time you get all of them alligned, it may be too late

i agree on simple BB breakout coupled with candle stick price action. this is what i do it.

1. take trades only in the direction of daily trend. use 20 sma for trend

2. on H4, if BB breaks upper band, closes outside and then next candle ends as red and below the upper band. sell on close of this candle (provided step1 agrees with direction). TP is mean line, SL is high of green candle that closed outside. same approach for long..

trick is you need to pick a pair that is not trending. like GBPJPY

Totally agree.
BB and candles... with the trend from higher time frame... way to go.
would like to see an ea built like that...
forget all the lagging indicators... The horse is already at the finish line before they all agree.

Wow. Its sounds interesting. Could you explain you system with screenshots or just settings (TF, BB)? What about exit strategy?Thank you.

Any chance of a few modifications?
1. function to allow buy only/sell only.
2. have the trades visible when open chart is chosen after a back test

We can leave all the indis in there, they don't all have to be used. __________________

Hi,

You didn't say if you wanted me to add this to my revised EA or the original, so I did both.

1. I added settings called TradeLong and TradeShort.
2. My EA did not delete the trades from backtest, but the original did. I have removed this from the original.
3. I added a setting called BBandSD. This is the Standard Deviation that needs to be crossed before the EA starts trading. Another poster had asked about this earlier. The original EA started trading after the first SD.

Others:
I also fixed the bugs that were in the original. This still is meant for 5 digit brokers.

Some other posters have mentioned that by the time all the indi's line up that this has missed the boat. I agree. However, my counter version does yield some interesting results... But I'd only look at this EA for kicks.

Looks Good. Backtest from Jan 2012- Dec 2012. 1 mini, Starting $10000. Profit $ 5903, but drawdown is quite high $4399 (23%)
Promising but need to be optimized to reduce the drawdown

Backtest from Jan 2011- Dec 2011. Profit $1475, Drawdown $5038 (35%), too high
