Either big boys privy to release early and positioning, more often than not sweeping one side (liquidity needs, triggering straddles and feeding off stops) is a nice tell. A lot of times it will happen at release. You have to be prepared for whatever happens, sometimes it just starts early and keeps going, lol.

What's the old adage, "don't fire till you see the whites of their eyes."

Best not to "think" during release if your going to trade it, wait for momentum and react.

Am reasonably pleased with my progress after first full week practicing this MO on demo.

Will be sticking solely with EUR-USD for actual trading for now, although watching GBP and JPY alongside for 3 Kingdoms assessment.

Very cautious at first and missed a lot of moves altogether or rode them with scout only. Made a total of 187 pips with no losing day/s. At least one good attack run (Thurs PM) and 2 successful rescues, though both were against trend. Should be wary of adopting bad habits; must learn to sacrifice when necessary.

Probably too cautious at times and too slow to pull the trigger so changing attack sequence from 1-2-2 down to 1-1-1 until more experience and confidence is acquired.

Success seems to hinge primarily on developing lots of patience and learning to be fluid and responsive to the flow. Be agile and hold no opinions. Certainty is catastrophe.

sounds very good.

Riding just with the scout is nothing bad.
Most important is that you feel confortable with what you are doing.
You feel/know when time has come to scale up your sizes.

Confidence is delivered from your subconscious.
You have to feed it with continous positive experiences in combination with positive emotions. The longer your positive run is taking, the more you will trust in your skills.
Taking a loss for example is not bad in this context. The only precondition is, that you have been able to control the loss and your emotions. When the decision to finally bite the bullets was a conscious decision of you, then everything is fine. You will be able to recall that experience in similiar situations and will act more and more directly, without hesitation, fear or bad feelings ...

Go on with your practising. Do not force you to go to fast. It takes time to "program" your subconscious to deliver trading as second nature to you.

Thanks for the post Niels, as you say, it's all about patience and practice once the basics have been grasped. I seem to have the sort of mind that wants to understand everything at once, but sometimes you just have trust your brain to evolve steadily over time. It's like learning to swim, it seems frustratingly difficult at first.

OK guys as far as I remember from taekwondo and also on my trading experiences, its much more difficult to attack than to defend. I dont know maybe because of my personality. Usually at my sport when u attack u r taking risks, as u cent get hurt by defensive strikes. Can u please post me mamod what if u like start attacking, when u r positive but u just took some hype wave, and u start loosing money. Like I dnt know. scout 1 lot, after 10pips+ u add another one, than after 8 pips another, one than after 15pips, another 1 its sum of 4. Than price starts sharply to decrease.

I live in Slovenia all my life, and I dont know slovenian culture and girls are tough for me. Slovenian ppl are very mean for money, and they also dont like imigriants like my parents were. They came to slovenia in 1986 as it was same country Yugoslavia. But in all nations there are bad and good people. Slovenia would be perfect country if it would be possible to make like tax oasis, but corruption here is on too high level for sth like tht. They just wanna grab anything for them. Lifestyle is nice, small cities not so much human rubish as in big cities.
