Hello folks. I want to share my -after the fact- trading journal on this thread. Unfortunately the similarity rate between my real trading journal and this journal is not above 50%, yet. My main intention is to motivate myself and to bring discipline to my trades with this journal. If I can increase the similarity rate to minimum 50% I can also increase my weekly average to +75 pip.

I am 3 years forex trader. I have not got a consistent profitability, yet. I use a technical analysis method called "Speed" for my trades. You can get knowledge about this method from "METHOD.doc" appendix. You can also download indicators, scripts, templates I use. I hope Business Plan Trading Calculator.xls - an excel spreadsheet which you can plan (motivate, too) your Forex business with fixed weekly pip- and SPEED-JOURNAL.xls -an excel spreadsheet which you can analyze your trades' statistics(you can paste data directly from metatrader account history)- will help your trading. They might have cells with small errors (cos I am not an Excel expert) , so be careful.

Altough the pictures, which I post here, are -after the fact- pictures, I hope they can help novice traders who want to constitute "a sistematic approach" to "Market" which can produce same kind of trades.

Exprienced traders' reviews upon my trades and system are always welcome.

These are my 06.01.2010 trades. Total 37 ppt.

I spotted Euro weakness very well this morning. I shorted eurusd and eurjpy with good 15m speed and very clear 5m momentum. Altough my eurjpy exit was a bit early, my eurusd exit was good.

My eurchf and usdchf trades were bad. 15m speed and price action were not clear on charts. I lost my control a bit.

8 trades. %13 winner. Total -81 ppt.

In my opinioun today's best trade was to short eurjpy after US news. Analysis;

MARKET: H1 Speed is very bearish and price made Lower Low. Hidden Div on Stochastic / 15m Speed is very bearish and price made Lower Low

ENTRY S/R: DoubleTop on 15m 21ema, 5m 55ema / wm3 / 108.00 round number

ENTRY SIGNAL: 5m hidden div + momentum.

MARKET: H1 Speed is bearish . 15m Speed is very bearish and price made Lower Low

ENTRY : Doji on 15m 21ema, pin on 5m 55ema / wm3 ,5m hidden div + momentum

EXIT: Stoch div with DB on 15m.

MARKET: H1 Speed is now bullish. 15m Speed is bullish and price made Higher High and stoch hidden div

ENTRY : Doji on 15m 21ema, pin on 5m 55ema / dm4 ,5m stoch div + momentum

EXIT: Stoch div with DT on 5m.

EXIT: one of two red arrow . First a pin from round number. Second is 5m and 15m stoch div.

ENTRY : Bearish engulf H1-21ema and 200ema and retest. Pin and Hidden Divergence 15m-55ema , very nice pin and dojis on 5m 200ema with a regular div.
