Hey guys. Anyone here owns a farm or has some farming experience as business. We inhereted some land around 15arces, which are in farming shape and also small house on it, so I dont know what is the best business to do with it as now prices are to cheap to sell it. Anyone has some good ideas =)

Last year it was corn planted. But I estimated we should get around 120bushels per arche and price is around 0.10 euro. So it would be somwehere around 2000 euros of sales, what I dont know if its gonna cover costs. And also in farming there are many factors which can drain away your yield, so it is quite risky investment. I have to seek for some funds from goverment, but in many case they just help u with cheap loands, and on captial investments if u invested in new technology of watering and stuff like that. I told my dady to give this land to me, I wanna love to own huge land not some small flats heeh. I was also thinking of renting place to some farmer and than profit sharing, but problem is farmers can cheat on you, so its tough business if u sum up heheh =D And also u need to invest some money
