DislikedActually, it's a 7 (number of completion) period smoothed average that is shifted 4 periods ahead. I was using a 5 period smoothed average shifted 3 intervals ahead, but I wanted a bit more "room" for the stop. 7/4 is a bit quicker than 8/5 ( the next line in Bill Williams' alligator).
The balance point is simply (H+L+C)/3.
Ensign software is not easy for me to program in, so I could not use the Balance Line dynamically. Plus I am using a 34 period hull. This offsets the need for a higher timeframe tool.Ignored

Asian session we saw price with high volume making new height, now the price pull back to trend line level, we saw stopping volume, follow with a shake out and a test, so now we see how far this pair can go
Do correct me if I'm wrong, my concern is the test seems a bit fishy, because 3 bar later price break lower and bring push up to the open. but I treat this as a sign of strength.

classic vsa trade for 35 pip ...
1) days range 100 pip over last 10 days
2) high london 1.3270
3) jurik down ( same as hulls almost)
4) up move with no demand ( up bar low volume closing in highs) at 3200
5) sold 1.3203 , closed at days range low 1.3170 , also potential stopping vol
may go lower into 3150 , but took profit at current 10 day range limit
