Looks like the Franc is being bought up again. Check out GBP/CHF and USD/CHF. I am already short the USD/CHF as many of you know.....the GBP/CHF looks like it is entering a new level of pain. (Uploaded an article about it on the blog.)

The other day you posted the USDCHF flag chart - looking at my charts I can see a very similar formation on the EURUSD.

Given than these are inversely correlated I think the next few days/weeks could be interesting.

True. They don't always inverse though - it can be driven by other things as well. Only time will tell, but the next week or two probably won't answer any questions.....it will be next year.
The oil markets are grinding higher, but may have serious trouble with the $90 mark. As long as this persists, the USD/CAD won't break 1.00 with any conviction whatsoever.

Until oil leaves the $70-$90 range, the USD/CAD will continue to be stuck in the 1.00-1.07 range. However, it should be noted that both are trying to break it at the moment. The first month of 2011 might just determine direction for the Loonie for the mid-term future. The signal for the entire year could come before Feb 1st.....

For those of you that emailed me about the public webinar -

I am trying to come up with a good time for you all. Needless to say, this time of year makes it very difficult. I will get it all tied down, just be patient, and there should be an announcement in the next couple of days. Oh, and if you don't know what the hell I am talking about - watch the last video I posted in this thread.

I don't like taking traders this time of year. Having said that - I have an account that a particular company in Britain is following that I am short this pair....but I have been since the trend line break.

I treat that account a little differently because it's a long-term situation, as they are looking for long=term traders. I don't have any of my own money exposed to this trade - so it doesn't exactly come with the same pressures. Of course I am careful, but this is a trade I am trying to ride until 1.50 or so for them.

We have close view on this pair I think. The red horizontal lines are my target areas. I will look to reload on retest of the h&s neckline and if the 5337 support gives way, i woul add to short as well as reload on retest of the same support level (5337) which might turn resistance.

Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and all the best of luck in 2011. I haven't been around much lately b/c there have been quite a few (all positive) changes in my life that has kept me from posting and trading as much as I'd like.
