Some points:
1. this is the first time I hear vedic has greek roots. Not that I would bother too much about this, but, vedic astrology seems to me much older, much much older, and much more organized.
Maybe they both have the same root (as I see it, greeks took their knowledge from Egypt, arab, and what not)
But it matters little in the end.
2. I see you point about the light.
This was my first idea about how they influence.
Anyhow, they give something.
I don't know if it's only about light.
But they give something perceivable to our brain, subconsciously.
Anyway, you must have some ground then to be so sure about it.
3. I have this feeling too about FOREX pairs.
That for a general market, general principles have more effect.
But, I need to see the proofs with my own eyes, as I don't see clearly.
4. The word regency (or the term "annual regencies") is unknown to me. I don't understand the meaning.
5. I feel ancients knew more, waaay much more.
They were way more creative.
They didn't have the computers to confuse them
)
And there's a lack of translators between ancient world and our world, as I see it.
Lack of translators or lack of manuscripts to reflect them clearly.
For example, I find bible almost impossible to study, because of terms and habits they had.
It's clear to me bible has 3 layers of expression: little history, morality, astrology.
But the terms... !!
I don't know about you, but arab world (including jews) is so alien to me from all points of view.
