EDIT: based on the H1 sma60 bounce (previous post) and was right on 1.33 round number.

I'm now watching GU as I see signals for short ie divergence on M15 and stochastics on H1 is turning over. Note: never guaranteed but worth watching

Other reasons for me to wait are the round number and M15 sma

Mixed signals here ... good down signal but round number and sma support ... need to wait and see which way it will go

Kind of thing I look for here is a retracement back to the sma which also happens to be on a nice round number. I'm still a little hesitant as there's two news items out in 30 mins ie my bed time.

Not a great day for me ... but I made just over 1% equity increase. Folks, be aware that this is NFP (Non Farm Payroll) week so price action could be quite choppy. I am ultra conservative with the trades during NFP week.
What I show you here is my own interpretation of how to trade ... it works for me ... I hope it can help you.

Over the last few months I have been working on my indicators and changing my website to offer better information.
I mentioned a while back that I was trying to win the dukascopy monthly trading competition. I was still trying for that even this month. The winners usually increase their accounts anything from 300% to 1000% in a month
.
Because I'm comfortable in my trading, I nominated an equity level I would allow my account to fall to while doing a 'big risk' trade.
I'm confident to make 40% in a month so when I got to 20% increase, I would risk 40% ... taking me down to 80% if I lost. If I lost, I could claw back 25% loss over the rest of the month (increasing 80% back to 100% is an increase of 25%).
Every time I did one of these big risk trades, it ended up being a loser
so now I have given up on the competition as it was keeping me pegged at break-even for the end of each month.
Here's an example of me clawing back since last Monday. This is one of the few times I will show my trading account. I'll show it today as this is my first day back here actively posting.
Hopefully it will give some insight into how often I place a trade ie 1-2 trades per day. I had only one losing trade last week ... clearly double my usual risk .. maybe 2% on that trade.

Hi Rob,
Do you have a video that explains the use of the charts? how to read them etc.?
If you do not have one, this would be a great topic to cover. How to best use the Pipware Charts. For us the newbies, it would be of great help.
ps. I am on an 150 pip ride right now thanks to your tools.

The most important thing is watching the sma60 on each timframe ... it acts as very good support and resistance.
The stochastics is read in the typical way ie look for turning at the extremes or moving in the direction you want to trade.
