Hi, could someone help me to find my alerts box. I still get sound alerts but the visual signals box has simply gone. Is there a key that turns it on and off that I may have hit by mistake, Any help would be welcome

Maybe you've dragged it out of screen? Try looking at the edges of the screen when it should be on.
