Did the usual indi combos, T/L line breaks but never could get consistency right. After several years of play play thought I could go full time. Learning curve then kicked in, after about a year full time then pa, candles started clicking. I spent a long time looking at charts, times of moves.
Spent ages to find 6 am gmt can have decent moves but usually a little early for me. FH open take care lots of false alarms. FH 30 mins in can often can reverse. We rarely take a 2nd move in same direction in FH (unless first 30 mins dead). Bank in FH at psych levels. Watch for LO head fake. Main move for LO likely after 9am gmt than before, look for break of immediate range around LO, likely to give decent trade. If initial LO move quiet then don't panic move around 10am gmt likely. If LO session really quiet don't panic wait for decent candle pre US session (exactly like today) as pre US often takes an hour or two to turn. Once running take counter trend with great care.
OK it took me ages to get the little bit above down right. The trades in post 1 got amended here and there and I looked at loads of systems that were indi based. What I found was most indis that generate signals can be duplicated with 2 ma's. 1hr 8 lwma and either a 20 sma or 8 lwma.
About 5 years now trading, +-3 full time.
