Do you mind if I ask how is the mentor/accountability partner going almost a year on? I really like this idea

I have three guys I stay in touch with on a mentor, accountability level.
4 if you count my wife.

It has been helpful. It also keeps me in check.

I am also in the process of redoing my overall trading plan because a lot has changed in my trading style.

Post any questions. I will be happy to answer all I can.

UJ short

good for 15 pips. I closed it down early, price action was making me nervous.

These days when I felt bore with the M15 charts (sideway), I switched down to M5, usually we can pick few more entries.

Nice play on UJ

Hey Rufus....Look beyond .9934

If we get a bullish breakout then the swiss should seek 50%/61.8% area at minimum.

I like the big charts as they tell the truth.

Hope it's ok to add my thoughts.

I love the ideas. I have been watching the swiss pretty closely. Because of the wild swings I have been thinking about looking into some futures options instead.

Your thoughts on this are more than welcome.

Last night got cut short for me. Big wind storm and power was flickering so shut down shop. Did manage to get in a little short on GU to go with the UJ short. Between the two managed to pick up some nice fresh pips.

Hopefully weather will be better tonight, now I have an extra can of whoop ass. Some good movement in the markets would be nice too.

You didnt miss any, the market was choppy during the last hrs, full of news from US

I have been kicking that one around all evening.

Dollar index is showing there is still room to the upside before resistance.

On EU 4h chart we have a bounce off of a demand level.

1h EU chart shows a massive move south today.

What I would "like" to see is a retracement to the 50 or 61.8 fib of todays move and short it back down to the demand area. I don't think the demand area we hit is that strong from looking at the PA when it was made. The one under it appears to me to be loaded with buyers, price was quick to enter it and left quickly.

So to answer your question with my opinion......Let me get my EU coin and flip it.

EU short

It wasn't pretty and you don't want to put it in a book you publish. But it was good for a 12 and 20 pip target. I was stuck in chop for an hour. Thought I had a good break. But it was just a little turtle head poking out.

Trading with a throbbing thumb.

Bashed my thumb today. I haven’t hit it in years. The worst since I was 19 building a pizza parlor in Fargo North Dakota, black nail and big blood blister.

Waiting for a while to see if I can get another entry. Maybe have some medicinal scotch.
