+1 - this book is excellent- Also apply some of his MM techniques (tough w/ FIFO) but work very well.

Thanks for the examples. I completely understand that one of the key rules of EW is that wave 4 cannot violate wave 1. I am working from the understanding that in leveraged markets there can be some overlap. This is due to the fact that leverage increases volatility. Forex, futures, and commodities are what I would consider leveraged markets. The equities market is not what I would consider a leveraged market thus, there should be no overlap in this market. I'm interested in hearing what other's thoughts are on this subject.

Nice chart Jeff! I've been eyeballing the move up myself. I'll be looking for an entry on the wave 2 pullback Balan style

Thanks for recommending that book..It has been on my list to Buy...

By the way EURO/USD if it goes up from here 1.3670.. there is an inverted H&S Which may play out and we go back to 1.4270...

I dont know what to label this in EW...

Take a look at 30 min chart..neckline at 1.3970

I am not in this trade yet....missed it....

No No just check - in your count are 1 and 4 overlapping - be carefully there.

I mean now wave 3 down under 1.18 or up in 5 and stay in larger WXY... - monthly chart?

Wave 1 on Eu isn't complete.. It's f'n going to zero... Now all I need is to find a hedge going to infintity and I'll at least be BE...

In these markets (futures and high level of leverage) wave 4 can overlap wave 1.

My alternative bullish count is these. But i belive more in the bearish.

I see you are from venezuela. Do you hear about Carlos Wolf. He is Venezuelano but lives in Canada. He is one of the best traders using ew that i know.
