Hi Steve,
Just got back in and checked "TB with atr hedge" and it had 3 trades going and a dozen double pending trades on 3 or 4 of the pairs. This is a problem that it has had off and on for awhile. I haven't brought it up since there have been a couple of posts about it and I can work around it....I believe it is the Sixths Indi recalcing with a pending trade on the lines.... I add a hard number to BarCount in the bot and the indi and it stops....the number I'm using is 168 per Scoobs and your posts a couple of days ago....I'm not sure what I'm doing to your logic by doing this but it works.

TB sets a 'delete all pendings and keep on trying until you succeed' variable whenever the sixths lines move. Looking at the code, I see another couple of opportunities for sending the code around the loop again to keep on trying to close the pendings.

Not sure whether the update will completely cure the problem. All I can do is keep on trying. It would be easier if this had occurred on my platform, but it hasn't.

The post 1 update applies only to TB, not to any of the experimental versions.

profit: $1,148
float: $4,027

I have about $400 left until margin call on 50:1. Just reinforces what macman has been saying all along of how there's no such thing as a bot that can be left unsupervised.

While supervising this account, what would you have done to change the results?

After tonight's news break, is anyone still sure about the 20 bar count for AUSNZD. The Beast managed to pick up primary and secondary shorts just before the currency shot up over 70 points.

Those trades, combined with my other drawdowns, have put my demo in danger of having a margin call. I'm still hanging on to the USDJPY trades that it took under an earlier incarnation, when it really overtraded, and that accounts for about 4000 of the 6000 drawdown I'm now carrying. So far, its not been the best week for the Beast.

i'm running it with defaults settings, i've changed only primary and secondary lots to 0,1 as request by broker.

Hi, after running 10 trading days my dummy account on 17 pairs using Go Markets has gone from $10,000 to $20,274.

This is very positive however at the moment I also have -$9587 in unclosed trades. Virtually all the drawdown is with CHF pairs.

I am letting the EA run without any intervention or updating for a month so that I have some data to review.

As an observation I would probably continue to trade some CHF pairs but probably set the lot size at a lower setting than the USD related pairs.

As I posted earlier, on my other demo I close out trades that are open for longer than 24hrs or have a SL of 80-100pips. I'm thinking of dropping the SL down to closer to 50 pips now after studying my history.

I haven't seen recovery work all that well with the beast as compared to NBV5. Probably cause this bot is on a lower TF.

Now Steve has given more experimental bots. I need another comp to run Scoobs and the higher TF beast to compare to the default one.
