My short trade was triggered also. This is my first trade that was triggered. The trade that Jaws just had as a loser, I did not have that trade placed when it was triggered.

I was late in updating my limit orders and in this instance, that played in my favor. I'm still unclear on exactly when we need to update the orders but I guess that part may be discretionary.

I've attached a screenshot of my current trade.

As Jaws stated, this system rarely loses two in a row on the same pair, so I jumped on the G/U short.
sold at 1.5715 - TP at 1.5700 - the last G/U trade before this one lost.
I think I will wait until I see that a trade lost and then jump in on the next trade setup

I love this system.

Thx Jaws

My short E/U trade that was triggered at 1.3915 was stopped out at 1.3950. If my memory serves me correctly, this is the first time that E/U has had back to back losers.

Although I did not get triggered on the previous long trade at 1.3985, it was still a loser so this is the first time there have been back to back losers.

I will place a new limit order at 1.3915. My order at 1.3985 is still set.

The last E/U trade lost. I will take the next E/U trade. It looks like it will be a long trade as E/U is now at 1.3957 and is trading above the 200 sma.
I will place a buy stop order at 1.3985. T/P = 1.4000 S/L = 1.3950

Just started following this system...starting with the last short.

We'll see what the next signal will be...

Total (EU Only)
0 wins (0 long/0 short)
1 loss (0 long/1 short)
-36 pips (0 long/-36 short)

1. dont trade in asia times, do it in europe and US mornings

2. when a trade got stopped out, i dont take next trade in same direction as the prev low would act as support. this is whats happening with EU, GU

3. enter at .82, exit as .97 i dont aim round number 00, because some times it doesnt reach there, 0.97 on buy and 0.03 on sell side is safe. also on buy side you need to add spread to your target. thats why 3-4 pips less is fine

I back tested it. Over the last three weeks, if traded nonstop by an EA it would have a record of 33W/6L for a net pip gain of 285.
BTW, if anyone could create an EA with the following specs either PM me with the cost or post it if you'll do it for free. Either way is fine with me.

[font=Arial][size=3][color=#1f497d][font=&quot]Every time the price crosses X.XX50 the EA will check the account balance and determine the lot size based on the account balance and user defined risk%,...

Hi, all,
i'm an italian programmer, many languages, mt4 newbee, if you want i try to create the EA, free, i need to understand well the trading sistem.
I read all the post and i see you use limit order.
Do you know that you don't need to use limit cause the EA can monitorize market tick by tick?
So i need you post me graphical example of your trading sistem like you were opening and closing order manually.
Bye

Post 40 in this thread has all the details for an EA, and I attached a screen shot that shows how an EA would trade this system. Basically crossing 1.**50 would arm the EA, then a trade would be placed long at 1.**85 or short at 1.**15 with a TP at 1.**00 and a SL at the same 1.**50 that armed the EA. When the trade it completed it will either disarm the EA at the TP and repeat or rearm at the SL and repeat. Hope this helps.

Ok, know what we need:
Time Frame? ALL (but we need one to operate, let's assume 30m).
We must check the ATR or limit period for the EA to operate?
Eg. The EA must start on Monday till Wednesday from 8.00 to 22.00 GMT or you want to check volatility for example ATR(20) > 25pip?
Or we must check to have one open order for couple?
Bye
Ek24.

It figures I go over to cable and get another bad trade and the Euro closes positive in less than 15 min. Oh well off to reset my trades, I's staying with cable the whole day.
