Benn lurking on this thread for awhile now. Thought I would post something I think might help a little. I have noticed that once you enter a trade more often than not if the 5 and 15 boxes turn against you that the trade won't work out. I have only 2 weeks of trading it so far but I have noticed that the few times the trade would have worked out don't make up for the smaller losses I suffer if I get out when those 2 light up the other way. Just my 2 cents.

I trade from 5m chart , if you use smMTF with settings as shown it will mirror Royston with same setting ie 60 5. It is the easiest and safest way to trade it, no need to flip TF , you can also do multiple entries if you want to.

Glad to see you are posting again and sharing your system. Just found you so will take the weekend (going to be nasty anyway) and read through the thread and check out the charts etc.

Thanks ... just so I can get the full effect, what was your weather like today and the forecast for the weekend down there? (must be a glutton for punishment here in Michigan). I did take advantage of today's awesome calm, clear deep blue skies and flew to Detroit for the $100.00 hamburger this afternoon. Actually fish but you get the picture

I will post some charts later...it was a tough week and I need to take a break.

Looking forward to that and you enjoy your time off!

I apparently missed a few steps, EXPLORER/Programs/platform/expert/indicators show the ex4 file "smMTFTrioAvg_Signals_v6.ex4" but still no Platform/Navigator/Custom Indicators/ ex4 files showing up, only files with mq4 are shown. The Platform/Expert Advisors/ex4 files show up gray
Any Ideas, options I don't have selected???

I dunno. Try reloading these. You have to shut your platform down and restart after loading new stuff

hi I am stucc here, I am using your system on demo from last week and it is working excellent, but I am using that without xADR_0.2 file as whenever i try to load that file, system hang out and fail to work.
I tried so many times , looks like there is some problem in coding ?
Please re-load this file again for all of those who are facing same problem.

Yes you are right --that indy always caused a problem but only when it is part of a saved template. So what I do is make a template without the indy then add the indy later. Funny enough it sometimes causes no problem at all

Is this recommend I have a box forming for the last few hours
I have 3 sell signals so I placed a buystop at the green line
if this is ok how long should I sit on the stop order

had 2 good buys over night 1 GU 1 EU

I would be happy with the earlier long trades and pocket the pips.
Market is consolidating the earlier moves at present.

If PA gets to the bottom of the box , it will still be a sell signal , it can bounce or break.

I took this short of the EURUSD above the pivot.....I have been thinking of only taking long signals above the pivot and only taking short signals below the pivot......obviously today worked out OK (49 pips)....do you pay much attention to the pivot?.....I believe you pay attention to R1 S1 etc...but your thoughts on the importance of the pivot

I do watch the daily pivot as well as the opening price. If the daily pivot is close to the opening price , I watch the levels carefully.

I will not take a trade within 10 pips of daily pivot but I have often taken trades against the daily pivot direction.

Progress has been made. I have created a template for gbpusd and eurusd with what I believe to be the correct settings for the 60 15 5 strategy (using the smMTFTrioAvg_Signals_v6) and have it loaded on my demo PC. Now to see if I am understanding the 4 steps and make some trades!

Great thread, information and help ... what more do you need

Time for another eaglet to test it's wings ... thanks to you gleneagles and everyone who has contributed to this system

Just sitting here and staring at my new charts. Don't pay any attention to the i_Sessions color as I don't have them set correctly yet. But look at the white vertical lines ... when all 3 line up ... $$$!!! If 2 line up $$
