Hi everyone! Often polzuyuset technique. Hotelby to contribute. I work with fractal levels. But the indicators are not all kept up with price. More precisely than ever before. Only divergence.

For what reason would that be?

It is better to learn J16 PA from the J16 thread, for sure.

look at the chart. would j16 trade something like this?has anyone on the j16 chart thread posted something like this? i did not see anything . j16 needs a pinbar to form so that he can trade double x situations. i don't.

i would like deltatrade to comment this one. in hourly chart a double top appears but i think there is too much distance between tops. Moreover, i dont think the yellow line would be a valid enter because the candle that pass trough is the previous one. (i would like to know where the enter could be possible if the tops were not so far one each other).

Instead, i think that 4 hr chart shows a valid enter.

What do you think?

it's a pin bar at retracement . if you don't like it you can always go away. j16 is a proven success and you are going to be also.

i think that on the h4 we have a good setup. it is a significant bullish bar but the problem is that is similar to my recent mistake. it's heading towards a major resistance area. i've also reatached my mistake so that you can see the similarity. anyway it seems that you got what i was trying to say. nice.

Hey Pinbar,

Not sure why you came to this thread. Looks to me as if you just want to cause trouble. The guy is teaching people the way he trades and how he sees the market. Nothing less, nothing more. I didn't realize that J16 was the only thread allowed to mention the use of pin bars. Either way...I think you should change your name to PINHEAD or better yet DICKHEAD.

coin toss. the probability of a coin toss is 0.5. in practice if you want to get exactly 0.5 you have to make a big number of tosses. you can practice probabilities with this http://www.shodor.org/interactivate/activities/Coin/. it's interesting if you have a bet like this : tails you lose 10 units; heads you win 15 units. make this game with 5 tosses and with 30 or 100 and you will see the difference.

spread and also bid/ask different prices when you exit eats up from you're profit. i think that the best spread is 0.05 of the initial risk. 0.1 of the initial risk is quite high.

this was a good situation but the spread was 2.3 and the whole pin bar was just 17 pips. so a no trade situation. the thing when taking pins at retracements for me is that fibs don't matter. it matters a lot if the pin is reacting to an important level.

nasdaq.do the guys on wall street know about this? . my guess is that this pattern represents a psychological response towards the previsious top/bottom. so if the psychology does not change this pattern will continue to work.
