DislikedHi Bob,
Just a quick question to keep me up to date and try the TMA INDY.
How do you use it right now?
If I understood your recent posts about it you wait for the price to touch the higher or lower band and then launch the standard #5 for a buy/sell option. Either way right?
Or do you have a special EA for that?
And that's it? No BB nor RWB with that strategy for now?
I also understood you were looking for the middle TMA as a TP target,
Do you use the MPTM for that? If you're away from the Computer, how do you deal with the TP?
Thanks for claryfying...Ignored
DislikedThe philosophy will be the same but it will have slightly different EAs and much less complicated. The RWB may not be needed or it will be adjusted to fit the movement of the TMA. The new EA s will give price room to run if it continues in the trend but will catch the retracement fairly quickly...Ignored
DislikedHi BOB
WE have a lot for thank you for. This simple straight forward method maybe the best of them yet. I am surprised we still get get some people doubting the system despite over a years profitable trading (despite the recent prolonged trend loss). Lets not forget version 4 and version 5 are still profitable if traded conservatively.

DislikedThat is true but if you remember when we had the losing month in May we had the same kind of posts and also a few last December when I had a losing month...Ignored
DislikedYes I do, if one takes the long term view the system is quite good, however, having said that I do feel sorry for people who started trading this method end of August or early September. You are unique in WWW, in so far as for over a year you have published your trades before taking them and have shown a profit. Mind you having said that psychologically it is a bit disheartening when you see a -ve open trades of say 1000 or 2000 pips. For that reason alone I gather a lot of people will switch to version 6, even people who are not US citizens and...Ignored
DislikedHi guys ,first post here. Came across this thread and system a couple of weeks ago and have just been familiarizing myself with the basic strategy and playing catch up on the thread. the trick to any band trading system is to know when to stay out and this system seems to do just that.
Does look like its going through a little bit of pain at the moment, kinda what happens to these kind of systems in market conditions like this though.
I've noticed towards the end of the thread a move towards a new EA using the TMA. Is this to replace one/all...Ignored
DislikedI am demo testing it now and it shows promise. What I am trying to do is adapt the system to the new rules now in affect for USA brokers........Ignored
DislikedMuch appreciated!! All makes sense now. In which case, I'll keep practicing with the original system and keep a keen eye on the TMA version under development.
One more question, Do you expect the TMA version to have similar characteristics to the original system in regards to general trading style and overall performance (adjusted for the DD you are attempting to work around)?Ignored
DislikedWell I'll have my main comp at home with buy and sell eas with mptm and comp at work with mptm for backup. Only have 1 way to connect at home. But can remote view from work. But if I'm home and that connection goes out the one at work would still have mptm on it. Can that work?Ignored
