Hi guys.
I am looking for some cheap ways (and trustworthy to get into the interbank market.
So I am going to show you what I got.
OANDA
Not an interbank broker but OANDA is the most trustworthy broker for normal people and can work with up to 10.000.000 usd in single transactions (100 lots)
STP BROKERS
That interests me a lot. They push the orders in the real interbank. Are they paid in commision or spreads? Do you know any trustworthy brokers in that field?
ECN BROKERS.
Here you got a real dealing room. You make your own bids in the market which is a real market and not an artificial one like market makers (gain capital or IBFX are some exaples of market makers also called bucket shops because they bucket the orders)
In an ECN environment everybody can be a market maker. But one problem is that there is thin liquidity.
INTRODUCING BROKERS
I am very interested in that. Thing is that I am not exactly sure about how it works. What is the smallest amount I need to go to these guys and what exactly do they offer? What's their leverage?
BIG TIME BROKERS AND CLEARING HOUSES ETC
I am not talking about gain capital or anything like that but I am talking about big time brokers which offer services to corporate customers or big investors. Again what's their leverage and what's the least amount of money to get in
AND NOW THE BIG BANKS
GOLDMAN Deutche bank etc is the big time way to get into the game. These guys serve big time players like big hedge funds and individual speculators. What's the buy-in here? I have heard it's 100.000.000 usd or eur. Do they have the 100:1 leverage?
I am opening a corporation (low budget offshore tax haven). And I want to get to know the buy-ins and the leverage.
Hope you have a nice trading day.
