I've only read reports about the regulation, and not the regulation itself. It's possible that it covers both citizens and residents. Citizenship can be a very thorny issue, especially if there are questions of dual citizenship. My point here was simply that the FXSol statement talks solely about residents, but is targeting non-residents as well. I'm going to search out the regulation and see what it actually says.

closed my first L1 for a loss just now...still positive since trading this system.

I hate these moves without retrace
Already closed AUD, EUR, EURCAD and AUDCAD L1 trades with a big loss, balance is now back to September 1st... at least a zero month.
But the DD doesn't get better... what a &%$§

No worries. Most beginners of the system make the mistake of closing out the L2+ trades and never end up recovering period. If you close out your L2+ trades, then how do you recover?

In this market, it is just plain smart to close out anything!

I don't understand the gripe here. Either some of you are not following the rules correctly or I'm not following the rules correctly... because...

I'm up about 600 pips...

I've closed out all my positions with minimal losses. The biggest lost came from EURUSD. 2nd (almost biggest loss) was from GBPUSD. With GBPUSD I went all the way to level 3 but was lucky to have a short retrace about 100 pips a few days ago. Broke even.

Others were +ve everywhere. I'm beginning to see how this system can work well. But I would suggest that for the next level of or NBv6 (if it ever comes out) that you have some kind of indicator to tell when it is trending or not trending. Or change some of the theories to a trending system. I'll be testing this with interest for the next 3-4 months or so and will post my findings after that.

Agree, we are a bunch of complainers no doubt. haha...

Are you out of the EURUSD? AUDUSD? EURCAD?

Well, I think you can get away with that most times!

However, I think we hit upon a massive trend that is making us wish we stuck to the minimum ReEntries and Red MACD!

We are paying for that now.

I have been doing historicals and this is the slowest, most methodical trend that I have seen on these two currencies in a couple years. I am wondering if we are going to do a repeat of 2008.

However, 2008, was a lot scarier, so I don't see how, but maybe that is my blindness....

I'm afraid of the upcoming news about the AUD cash rate. I'm thinking of hedging all my AUD trades if they will increase it.

Finanlly got out of my AUD/NZD trade. It went to L3 and I exited with a small loss. I didn't want to chance it reversing on me trying to get a few more pips to total BE. Still got AUD/CAD and AUD/USD in the mix. The L2's are in profit but no where near enough to cover the L1 so I will tough it out. In hindsight I think I jumped in too early on most of these trades but this system is new to me so I'm sure it'll get better in time.

I got out of it also!

I was able to get out of my AUDNZD with some profit. My AU was closed out by accident last week when I was still fumbling with the MPTM. I had to close out a L1 on EU but that was my first real time trying the recovery and all 3 levels were too close together ...lesson learned. ACad I am in the same boat L2 in profit but both negative.

I was also using to large of lot size on L2 and L3, but this run has cured me of that as well.

I am so glad this run against me took place when I just started the system...great training for me and the rest of us for that matter.

Good attitude! I agree. The key is to maintain confidence enough to pull the trigger and take your losses. I am a bit bummed as I just upped my account this month right on top of this trend. 8% drawdown on an account that I never thought would get more than 5%!
