I have to ask, if you're trying to expose Jim as a conman then why sign up for 12 months and become a lifetime member? Is it simply to enlighten the rest of us so part of your investigation ala Mr Orange? Seems extreme lengths to go to. If you're disenchanted after a couple of months why not stop your subscription then do your Flash Gordon bit.

I'm a lifetime member there and believe its good value. Not only do you learn the vanilla J16 PA methodology, you get to see how others have adapted the method. Numerous guys like Mike, Rac, Swami, Cougar, Avasfx to name a few are doing very well using variations of the J16 theme. Most members post real time trades in their journal, and the results are there for everyone to see. I don't know if Jim trades for real, I believe he does but thats immaterial. If you want to learn/develop your trading then thats a good place to start. If not take a good look at Mike_W's journal here or Ghous, Lovejoy. Read every post by ryanmcd, Jarroo, Rusty, Rac again to name a few, even PipEasy's thread. All have some element of J16 (Pring, Nison whatever you wanna call it) incorporated and its free.

Like Albatross said, its probably pointless and a waste of time posting here. I will be accused of being a J16 cheerleader blah blah but you guys are targeting the wrong people. You say the net is closing, on what? Life is too short people. Get back to trading, make some money, buy property, watch football, do some knitting, go to Macchu Picchu, make a record, develop a high speed low latency trading platform whatever. This aint worth it.

you misunderstand the purpose of the thread... this thread prompting newbies "think over" before spending money .... i was thinking to be Jame's student but because of this thread; it gave me a red flag and use a simple logic :" the one who can not trade then will never can teach trading" . this thread saved me not only money but also times i must study the method which even the teacher never use it.

James is a trader ( unproved)

James is profitable ( unproved)

James make more money from teaching than anyone in FF , ( proved) (probably more money then FF itself)

James is a good teacher ( unproved, i have not seen any of Jame's member prove they are profitable)

That's the 4 biggest question surrounding James :

RUMOR > FACT

Thats the thing, who cares? If you got something useful out of Jim's method, which you are now insinuating that you did, then who gives a shit whether he trades or not. Do I find it a little shady that he doesn't post real time trades etc? Yeah, a little... though I really could careless. I pray the day that james17 opens up a price thread, and I can learn a little bit more. Its well orgranized, solid info, and I'm glad for it. So really, who cares if he trades. And questioning his qualifications has absolutely nothing to do with becoming a real trader, a real trader, is someone who makes money THEMSELVES. In closing, I think people need to worry more about themselves, then others. Just another form of placing blame, that is an endless loop for a losing trader. I hope you can break free from that one day. Wish you the best.

This accusation is therefore not proven at all is it? That he has a significant number of posts in his thread does not prove that his main income comes from his private forum.

Please provide proof or amend your post to reflect the fact that this, like your other accusations, is unproven.

Can you prove Jacko is scam?? someone said he do not repay their money but he probably lend them and will repay .... tell them "be patient grasshopper; your money is in safe and growing now, mr jacko will pay all of your origin and interest "

Yay another poster with a meagre 14 posts, all of them intellectual I am sure, or perhaps just another multi named user with his wacking day stick out.

James thread has been around for a long time hence the number of views and replies but I suspect that this thread with all its constant bashing and nonsense will soon eclipse even the J16 thread. The number of people that are truly upset over the Jacko saga is unbelievable. This thread is about a trader proving his credibility. I doubt anything you say or do will get them to show it. Have any of the ones bashing gone out to show there annual statements with 100 plus trades to show that they are worthy, well no because lets face it, this thread was set up like a witch hunt.

I guess you all still believe in the old days 'trial by ordeal'. I would also beg the question that 'if Jacko was not a fraud, or if he was still not named one, would this thread exist?????

Personally I see this thread blooming, it wont make any new ground and it will be like trading in alot of ways with the same old stories being regurgitated but it will still bloom because I guess there are still 95% of you who will fail so you will either hang here and blame, accuse and do all the reactive things instead of engaging the proactive side of your brain instead of actually learning something. There must be a gazillion threads in the place and there are many more commercial members but yet there seems to be just 2 members who face your pitchforks, kind of odd dont you think!!!!!

without knowing much about Jacko and any contact that investors had with him, what if he was actually deceased??? Seeing as, from what I have read and heard, no one has actually been able to contact or locate him would there be a possibility that he has passed away and there was no one else in with him (no partners/moderators etc).

Just a thought and I am sure that someone will be able to squash it instantly with something I have completely missed, but by chance if this was the nature then you would really all have just blown this out of proportion.

is it bad to ask someone( who always said helping other is their number one meaningfulness of their life) about statement? i asked him it is very helping me if he can give me some evidence that he is green ; and while it only takes him 5 m with all security information is erased; with the one who really want to help other will refuse to do the littlest thing?

What does this have to do with anything? You made a specific allegation which you claimed was proven. I have pointed out that it was not proven and said that you should therefore amend your post to reflect this fact.

Again - your allegation that his main income comes from his PF is not proven. Be so good to state publicly that is so.

Even if you are provided with the statement, will you believe it? Statements can easily be faked, isn't it?
