Idea for an EA

Hello everyone. I have been visually testing the following idea for a few weeks now and it seems promising. I would like to know if any programmers would like to take a shot at making an EA. If you would I would be forever grateful. I will try to explain the system as clearly as possible. What I am looking for is an EA that will only trade during the hours of 3am - 11am eastern time. Attached is a screenshot of a long and short trade. Also attached is the one and only indicator. Basicly a long trade is taken when the five minute stochastic is above 80 and the 15 minute stochastic %k has crossed %d and is above 20. Of course a short trade would be the opposite. Also would like to have sound and email alerts in the EA. Please feel free to ask any questions.

I forgot to mention in previous post that the EA would need to make only 1 trade per signal because i need to use a take profit instead of an opposite signal. So if it can be prevented from reentering after the take profit that would be great!
