just stepped into my tarding room and have the first cup of coffee this morning.
So the trading day can start.

As expected yesterday night, nothing has happened so far.
Have to do my chartwork and news scan now.

Some hints about recent market sentiment:

S&P/ASX 200 off 0.2%,
Kospi +0.3%,
Shanghai Composite flat,
HSI +0.1%,
Sensex +0.8%,
Taiex +0.4%,
STI +0.1%,
KLCI +0.1%,
NZX-50 +0.1%.

Japan markets shut for holiday.

What I have read so far is, that there are huige bids from Japanese Banks around 8560.
But the market wants to test MOF and BoJ at the downside this week ...

Maybe you call it reckless, but for my very short term trading I'll try it USDJPY short. Do not want to trade the expectation anylonger, that the CB will stepin, could step in or has to stepin.
Just want to trade what I see ....

I've personally been bearish on UJ for the past week and I'm especially bearish today (although I'm not trading my convictions) but I don't know how boj will react at lower levels. I'm still confused why you guys suggested the up move on the 16th was boj killing people testing its resolve. I don't understand how you can conclude that boj was responsible for the up move after the retrace?

Personally... I see no hard battles. All I see is incredibly low volume and fear... which is resulting in people stepping out of the market and waiting for something to happen. (That's my BS at least).
