Let us start with the monthly chart so we all have a clear picture of what is going on with the Euro
Monthly according to Elliott waves, as seen in the chart we are in A, B, C correction. Few month ago I wrote In FF and stated we have to watch 1.1875 the market will bounce from there, well it did, everyone at the time were going crazy saying Euro going to parity or close to parity. Support area are circled on the chart and the green line with over 15 years of data, take a look.
I am still bearish on Euro/Usd to 1.1300 area and Euro my go down even further to 1.1000 area. But no one know when, all we have to do is follow the trend and trade the swings .
Your swings should come from the daily chart, not from the smaller time frame, you must follow the large time frame guys, follow the open and close and trade from there..
Now I am watching Eur/Usd up to 1.2950-1.3000 area, and down to 1.2680-1.2630 area, this is the the range it has been trading. Few days ago I said watch 1.2680 and we reached 1.2680. As I said I am bearish to 1.1300 are, but trading the swing above support long, at resistance short. Take a look at the daily chart.
