If gu breaks above 1.5470-85 area then its a buy possibly to 1.59

I dont suspect price will drop too much below the support area at 2850. Much care should be taken at that price level. Dont forget you good trade management.

Its looking ok so far.. the M15 and M30's are showing weakness. Will close half positions once first clear signs of strength come in

Oh come on, accumulation on pound? i mean it;s possible but given todays inflation figures highly doubtful in my view. INflation in UK has been very stubborn and higher than both EU and USA, it puts preasure for BoE to raise interest rates but given relatively weak economic stance any rate hike would have very adverse affect. I really believe the way for pound is towards 1.49 rather than 1.58 in the medium term....I keep selling all rallies....but thats just me..

Edit: sorry the thought was unfinished......continuation.... So if interest rates are kept at current record low levels there is higher risk of inflation running away therefore eroding the value of the currency (pound down), especially given all the world events such as floods, which put preasure on cotton (15year high at the moment) wheat (very high now sure if at record level) and of course fuel prices and so forth, and since britain hardly produces anything of its own and everything priced in dollars more pound would have to be spent (i.e increase of gbp supply in forex) ....if on the other hand Boe does raise interest rates to curb infloation, it would negatively impact economic growth leading to weaker currency....

well im just saying i could be wrong but thats how i see things at the moment from funnymental point of view...

my main concern at the moment is record high commodity prices which are mostly priced in dollars and therefore put upward preasure on dollar, at least relative to pound since as i mentioned uk hardly produces anything.

We don't see it that often but here's a nice example.

EDIT: we have a narrow range up canlde into new ground (or at least territory not visited in some time) on high volume closing on or near its high. Of course, this is a squat.
