The last LH trade would have given you 7.5% on its own! It gets so tempting to go up % staright away after a few good days but I know I will just get psych problems if I go up to big to fast.
So need to be disciplined and keep it low till the end of sept.
You've got a good plan there, stick with whats working for you.

I have also had it off my charts for the past couple of weeks. I found that any information it contained was generally quite obvious on the 15min chart anyways, so in the interest of simplicity it was axed.

Got to about +15 on this 100% system trade following 1hr, 15 min SS, 5 min lh little/no lower wick on entry. Moved stop to BE and it jumped back very quickly on us.

We sold the 1 min lh that followed the move up 5374, it seems theres interest from Fri's UK session low 5363. Target was S1 5356/50 area and exited at +6 when that was quickly rejected.

This for us was always going to be a quick scalp.

It's interesting how we can all see different entries in the same move, even if I am using RB7. Picked up +10 on the first LH and then +19 on the second LH (exited right at the psych level)

100% system of yours. is that the candle in H1 below LWMA 8 and also in 15M and 5 Min ?

It was 100% system trade ie 1hr neg close, 15 min neg close then lh on 5 min. The fact that its below the 1hr 8 lwma is a bonus.

Overslept this am (woke up 3am local) to hear that jpy's central bank intervened in the market, don't know if normal trading rules will apply or if they'll feel the need to do it again.

First time since 2003 that they've done that.

Hi V
there was a nice 4.5% trade today risking 1.5% the only one for me today so far and I will porbably stop now anyway as king speaks at 11.30.

The H1 closed above/on 15471 which was the last LL H1 candle (No.1) so confiming longs for me with a good 15min close aswell entry on the 5min above the hammer.
target for trade next resistance on the H1 15525 also previous swing high that coincided with trendline.
Being carefull of DP and WR1 but didn't really strugle at either.

Hi V,

as mentioned before I am learning so much about candlestick analysis as a result of finding your thread.

H1 reversals work in much the same way as your m5s. Look at how the daily reversal was almost a carbon copy of the h1.

Have a look at EU daily and weekly charts, the daily looks like a huge 2b, the weekly ended last week with three weeks of rising hl and hh with us at support start of this week.

Amazing stuff mate.

I should say I didn't make 4.5% on that trade as I risk alot less than that at the moment but next year is when I will go right up to 1.5%.

Hi reflex

Perfect hl trade, love it.

Our stunning month (not) continues. We tried for exactly the same trade but had a loss of contact. When we did get back online it had jumped 10 pips. We left the trade. See the gap on the 1 min chart.

It seems that absolutely nothing will go our way this month, oh well we'll keep plugging away. A good system must turn for us soon.

This is what we are trying to focus on, a few good trades a day = good ROI%. Having missed those trades for one reason and another just means stay positive (getting tougher), stay focus and the tide will turn.

Yep its posts like yours and the above that make me realise that good performance, steadily rising equity curves are there and we are just in a very frustrating rut at the moment.

Don't know what to tell you except to double check all the settings and make sure Experts are allowed to run.
