If this chart represent correct economic cycles between these two countries.
Conclusion is only one AUD will sink more than NZD.

montly bearish divergence with retest of bull zone area.

Nothing certain though but great odds for bear camp if UTL holds this time and these two fake breakout will be confirmed.

Long time no post here but here we got nice setup again for all greenback pairs.

they are speaking for themselves.

What can we notice these days is someone starts to buy usd/jpy on other majors cost, thats why i stoped to trade jpy crosses on long term basis.
This correlation has been started since October.

Basically after every dip on uj we can see drop of eu for instance

Someone is buying usd very slow and steady.

We are approaching major decision point which is small body candle of last year 1.41-143 open/close zone.

From system point of view monthly stoch had rejected big downtrend earlier this year(expected bounce off of monthly ema200)
Weekly is ready for very bullish mode but it need to clear out the 1.41-1.45 area.
And it might be hard because daily does not support this view with current bearish divergence flag/triangle/pennant forming.

h4 is bullish for this week.

Note that :

AUD is or has been above parity vs CAD,USD,CHF.
EUR/NZD EUR/AUD possible double bottom pattern.
EUR/GBP 5th wave up (above parity) is missing.

What do we know for sure ?

Constantly growing economy is a MYTH because of limited resources on the planet.
Stocks are rising only because population is rising.
Population is rising because energy consumption growth.
so far only real efficient energy is ...oil.
Coal, natural gas and green and atom energy is not enough to cover current needs
and sustain life as we do know now.

U dont have to be like Michel de Nostredame to see where all FIAT money and equities are going ultimately so does the population of this planet.
I want to believe that soon we will discover new highly efficient energy source or else...

It is really good to recall your own thoughts after 5 years.

I need to do this so i will make some long term predictions based on stoch, mom and MAs to be complaint with thread.
As long red TL is kept on 4H chart i am going long.


PS this is only possible road map it will depends on worldwide events how things resolve.
I just keep my chronicle on

Still have this idea of reverting USD trend back, dont know for how long and when exactly but it is going sooner than later.
Based on my previous predictions (i could be wrong 1 year but long term targets mostly were met )
big USD sell off coming that is visible according to system. No political talk behind needed


PS Always be careful of whipsaws (could be even 1000pips like history of this thread proves but i am getting better with timing nowadays so... )
